Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, children under the age of 13, or the higher minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor as defined by local law, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Description of Service

DimeDock is a personal finance management tool that allows you to record and analyze your own financial information, including accounts, transactions, budgets, savings goals, warranties, recurring items, automation rules, and related data. The Service is available as a web application and as an Android application, and may be made available on additional platforms in the future. Features and availability may vary by platform and over time.

Your Account

When you create or use an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by anyone you authorize.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion as described in these Terms, including for suspected breach, fraud, abuse, or to comply with legal requirements.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

DimeDock offers optional paid subscriptions (such as "DimeDock Pro"). Subscriptions are sold and billed through the applicable app store (such as Google Play) or other payment provider made available within the Service. Subscription prices, plans, free-tier limits, included features, and any free or discounted trials are displayed at the time of purchase and may change from time to time, with new terms applying to renewals after appropriate notice.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price until canceled. To avoid renewal, you must cancel the subscription before the renewal date in your store account or other applicable subscription settings. Where offered, free or discounted trials convert to paid subscriptions at the standard renewal price unless canceled before the trial ends. Taxes and fees may apply.

Payment processing, restoration, and subscription management are handled by the relevant store or payment provider and are subject to their terms. We do not store full payment-card information. To cancel, manage, or restore your subscription, use your store account or the in-app entry points that link to it.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, processing, and timing for subscriptions are governed by the policies of the app store or payment provider through which you purchased and by applicable consumer-protection law in your country. For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests are generally submitted through Google Play.

Where the relevant store's tools allow, DimeDock support may assist with refund or billing questions, but we cannot guarantee a refund or a particular outcome outside the store's policies and any rights you have under applicable law. For more information, please review our Refunds & Billing page.

Free Tier, Pro Features, and Plan Changes

Free-tier limits and Pro feature sets are subject to change. If your subscription expires or is downgraded, your existing data is preserved, but creating, editing, or accessing premium content may be restricted to what is available on the free tier. We may, with appropriate notice where required, adjust plan features, limits, or pricing.

Attempts to bypass plan limits, abuse trials, or otherwise circumvent the Service may result in suspension, termination, and/or loss of access to data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Service through automated means beyond the Service's intended functionality.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or the networks or systems used to provide it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, system, or network used in connection with the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful or malicious code, or otherwise attempt to harm users of the Service.
• Use the Service to violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
• Use the Service to circumvent, defeat, or evade billing, store policies, or any technical protection measures.

User Content and Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the financial data and other content you enter into the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, transmit, back up, display, and otherwise use your User Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service, to comply with law, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

No Financial, Tax, Legal, or Other Professional Advice

DimeDock is a personal finance tracking and analytics tool. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only and does not provide, and is not intended as, financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, insurance, brokerage, or other professional advice. Any calculations, reports, projections, analytics, or other outputs are based on the information you enter and may contain errors or omissions.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Before making any financial decision, you should consult a qualified professional. We do not guarantee any financial outcome and disclaim responsibility for any decisions made based on the information displayed in the Service.

Intellectual Property

DimeDock, including its software, source code, designs, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and all other content (other than User Content), is owned by DopeTech Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-Party Services and Stores

The Service may use, integrate with, or depend on third-party services, including app stores, identity providers, push-notification services, payment providers, analytics and diagnostics providers, and other third parties. Your use of those services is governed by the third parties' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the content, products, or services of any third party.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Service, including features and content, at any time and without notice, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time or location. Scheduled maintenance, outages, and updates may occur from time to time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, BE SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF YOUR DATA.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DOPETECH LABS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DopeTech Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your User Content; (iii) your violation of these Terms; or (iv) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time, subject to any ongoing subscription obligations with the relevant app store or payment provider. Cancellation of subscriptions is handled through the store or payment provider, not by deleting your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal compliance, or operational reasons. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws applicable to the relationship between you and DopeTech Labs, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you in your country of residence.

Before bringing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@dopetechlabs.com. If a dispute is not resolved within a reasonable time after informal notice, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative action with respect to disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, may provide additional notice (such as a notice within the Service or by email). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in our sole discretion without restriction. Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or governmental actions. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and us. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
