Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your DimeDock account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your DimeDock account, send an email to support@dopetechlabs.com and include the following:
- Send the email from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request."
- Include your registered email address in the body of the email.
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, your account and all data associated with it will be permanently removed from our servers. This action is irreversible — you will not be able to recover your account or any of its data.
Data That May Be Retained
DimeDock does not retain any personal or financial data after account deletion. The only exceptions are:
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics (e.g., total number of users) that cannot be used to identify you.
- Records required by law, which will be retained only for the minimum period required and then deleted.
