When you use DimeDock, we collect and store the following information:

• Account information: email address and securely hashed password used to authenticate your session.
• Financial data: accounts, transactions, categories, tags, budgets, savings goals, warranties, and automation rules you create within the app.
• Usage metadata: login timestamps and session identifiers required for authentication.

DimeDock does not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, location data, contacts, or any data beyond what you explicitly enter into the app.

We use the information you provide solely to operate the application:

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your session.
• Store, display, and analyze the financial data you enter.
• Generate dashboards, analytics, budgets, and goal tracking based on your data.
• Apply automation rules you configure to categorize and organize transactions.

We do not use your data for profiling, advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the service to you.

• All communication between your browser or device and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information or financial data with any third party. DimeDock does not integrate with third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data brokers.

You have full control over your data at all times:

• Access and export: Export all your financial data as CSV or PDF at any time from within the app.
• Correction: Update or correct any information you have entered through the app interface.
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data permanently.
• Data portability: Export your data in standard formats to use with other services.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.

DimeDock is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the app, please contact us so we can assist with its removal.
