Refunds & Billing
This Refunds & Billing page explains how subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds work for DimeDock Pro. Subscriptions are billed by the app store from which you purchased (such as Google Play). For the full subscription terms, please review our Terms of Service.
Subscription Plans
DimeDock Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The prices, free-tier limits, trial terms, and included features displayed in the app or on the website at the time of purchase apply to your subscription. We may update plans, pricing, or features from time to time; material changes will be effective at renewal after appropriate notice.
Free Trials
Where a free or discounted trial is offered, it will be displayed at the time of purchase. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current standard renewal price. The trial duration, eligibility (for example, whether trials are available to new users only), and any other conditions are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by plan, region, or promotion.
How You Are Billed
Payments are processed by the app store or payment provider through which you subscribed (such as Google Play). DimeDock does not store full payment-card numbers. Charges, taxes, and fees appear on your store or payment-provider account, and are subject to the store's terms.
Auto-Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price until canceled. To avoid renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date in your store account or other applicable subscription settings (typically at least 24 hours before renewal, as required by the store).
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your store account (for Android purchases, in Google Play's subscription settings). Canceling stops future renewals; you continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier and your data is preserved subject to applicable limits.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, processing, and timing for subscriptions are governed by the policies of the app store or payment provider through which you purchased, and by applicable consumer-protection law in your country.
For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests are generally submitted through Google Play. Where the store's tools permit, DimeDock support may assist with refund or billing questions and, in some cases, may issue or assist with a refund. We cannot, however, override store decisions or guarantee any refund outside of the store's tools and any rights you may have under applicable law.
Failed Payments, Grace Periods, and Account Hold
If a renewal payment fails, the relevant app store may place your subscription into a grace period or account hold while it attempts to collect payment. During that time, access to Pro features may be limited or paused. If payment is not successfully resolved, the store may cancel your subscription.
Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the app, change devices, or sign in on a new device, you can use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app to re-link your subscription to your account. Subscriptions are tied to the store account used to purchase them and to your DimeDock account.
Disputes, Chargebacks, and Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact the app store or payment provider that processed the charge first, as they handle billing disputes and chargebacks. You may also contact us at support@dopetechlabs.com for assistance locating purchase details. Chargebacks or other payment disputes may result in suspension of access to paid features pending review.
